Text Marketing & Notifications (if applicable): With your permission, we may send texts about order status (including checkout/abandoned cart reminders), shipping updates, and occasional offers. Your phone number is used only for these communications and isn’t shared with third parties. Text frequency won’t exceed 20 messages/month. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply.
Webhooks may be used to trigger Checkout Reminder messages.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is stored securely through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and application.

Payment: If you use a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your card data encrypted under PCI-DSS. Transaction data is retained only as long as necessary. All direct gateways follow PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways) collect, use, and disclose information only as needed to perform their services and have their own privacy policies. When you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site/app, you are no longer governed by this Policy or our Terms.

Links on our store may take you away from our site. We aren’t responsible for other sites’ privacy practices.

SECTION 7 – TEXT MARKETING & NOTIFICATIONS

By entering your phone number at checkout, subscribing via form, or using a keyword, you agree to receive text notifications (order confirmations, shipping updates, abandoned cart reminders) and occasional marketing texts.

SECTION 8 – SECURITY

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. If you provide credit card details, they’re encrypted via SSL and stored with AES-256. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow PCI-DSS and industry standards.

SECTION 9 – COOKIES

We use cookies to enhance your shopping experience, including (examples):

  • _session_id – session token; stores session info (referrer, landing page).
  • _shopify_visit – 30-minute persistence; internal stats (no personal data).
  • _shopify_uniq – counts visits by a customer; expires at next midnight.
  • cart – stores cart contents (2 weeks).
  • _secure_session_id – session token.
  • storefront_digest – for password-protected stores.
