You may return any item (used or unused) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item was assembled, you will need to unassemble it and pack it to return. Return shipping is free of charge. If your item has been opened or used, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. This amount will be deducted from your refund. We can email you a return label to print. Please be sure to include all accessories and cords with your item in your return package.
Yes! All U.S. orders qualify for free ground shipping.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Joyberri warranties all products against defects in material and workmanship for normal use following the published product manual for a period of FIVE (5) years following the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, use inconsistent with product manual, or unauthorized repair or modification. Any
defective products meeting the above limited warranty requirements will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
