JoyBerri warranties all products against defects in material and workmanship for normal use following the published product manual for a period of FIVE (5) years following the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, use inconsistent with product manual, or unauthorized repair or modification.

Any defective products meeting the above limited warranty requirements will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

For a non defective item, you may return any item (used or unused) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item was assembled, you will need to unassemble it and pack it to return. Return shipping is free of charge. If your item has been opened or used, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. This amount will be deducted from your refund. We can email you a return label to print. Please ensure to include all accessories and cords with your item in your return package.

If your item is defective, we will stand by it 100% for up to 5 years from the date of receipt. Pictures and/or videos may need to be sent to confirm if there is a defect. If that is the case, we will gladly replace the item for you free of charge or provide you with a full refund whichever you prefer. Returning the item is usually not necessary and you can choose to dispose of it however you like. There may be times where we request that you return the item so our quality control team can see it and ensure it doesn’t happen again. In this case, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
